DDB Chicago seeks a passionate brand steward Account Director with a reputation for protecting and enhancing the "smart in the art" in a recent brand campaign effort. Intuitive strategic thought leadership and a collaborative team management style is a must.

This position will be responsible for sustaining and invigorating an extremely iconic American brand in a fun, highly visible and competitive category. The best candidate will have a brand building track record of honoring and leveraging both established brand equities and opportunistic advantages in an ever-changing marketplace.

Best candidate will have 15+ years experience, a strong digital and social marketing background, and experience in CRM/loyalty management. Must have strong leadership skills in building and managing teams and a natural comfort working with and presenting to agency and client senior management. Accountable for leading the State Farm brand campaign efforts, and serves as the account's overall "right-hand" reporting to the Group Business Director.
