Seeking a 3-5 year experienced Senior Strategic Planner. This rock star needs to be an avid student of popular culture, trends with traction, and ultimately a story teller who can stimulate creative and client minds alike. They need to have exceptionally strong writing skills, understand the art of disruption, and be curious to a fault. The best candidate will also know the difference between observations and insights, executions and ideas, consistently each as needed. Additionally, planning experience across multiple brands and business categories and the ability to apply this experience to brands and categories outside their experience is a huge plus.

This is a huge career builder for a planner who has the maturity and intellect well beyond their years, can work with a rocket scientist young boss, juggle a diverse account list on a daily basis, intuitively identify and respectfully manage expectations for every constant "4 alarm fire."

An intuitive team player must professionally serve as the department's #2 (of a 3 person department.)
