Seeking visionary Strategy Director to serve as brand steward for DDB on a massive CPG/retail account. This leadership role requires the confidence and relevant experience of a proven brand builder whose track record garners respect. Most importantly, is a natural aptitude for distilling data into concise insights, implications, and opportunities.

The best candidate will have 10-15 years of experience, a strong background in CPG/Retail and a proven track record in repositioning a “blue-chip” retail brand. This person will serve as the “trusted objective voice” in the creative development process, must be a proven relationship builder, and have strong board room presentation and writing skills.

Salary range is extremely generous based on strength of relevant experience and brand building aptitude. While this position is based in San Francisco, it reports to the DDB Chicago office.
