San Francisco…Small Agency of the Decade….name on the door firepower….kindred spirit determination…Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners is seeking an ambitious and creatively inspired Strategy Director with 10-15 years agency experience, the quant and qual retail chops, and a proven track record in repositioning a “blue-chip” retail brand.

Best candidate will have earned their stripes by distilling complex big box messaging to its most critical foundation, as expressed through all communications. As the ear in the room at all times, must be able to adeptly deliver the necessary tools to instill a brand guardian mentality across all channels. Must be diplomatic, patient, and be comfortable working together in a creative environment of industry leaders who are dead-set on being innovative and having a good time doing it.

This is a true forester’s job … skillfully dedicating the right amount of time to the forest, trees and shrubs of the agency’s retail product.
