Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners is seeking a creatively driven Account Director with 12+ years in the biz…This is a particularly important position on the agency’s largest and most dynamic account. Must have the stripes from charting new ground and humanizing a fast moving, retail-oriented business like telecom, QSR, or automotive. Additionally, experience working with multi-channel retailers like Wal-Mart, Target, Best Buy, or Home Depot is a huge plus.
Just as important for them, they are comfortable in an environment of creatives who are hell bent on elevating brands, love the art, passion and subtleties of great story telling. If they are a big time player in branding retail that’s great, but as the agency’s retail Gandhi / Sherpa their goal must be to inspire a solidified voice that through great work, endears both client and industry leaders.
The best candidate will have a creative passion for the business, be organizationally strong, and good with managing the logistics of a $150M business. Compensation is highly competitive with relocation to San Francisco.
